Midnight Orange Studio, operated by Sangwon Lee, handles information from visitors and inquiries to midnightorange.com under this policy. Linked products and external sites have their own privacy policies.
2. Information and purposes
This site has no contact form or email-sending feature. If you write to us from your own email account, we use your email address and the information you choose to include to respond and follow up. The site itself does not store or transmit your message.
Our hosting and security services may process technical data such as IP address, browser or device information, and access time. Your theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage.
3. Retention and deletion
We keep inquiry emails while responding and carrying out necessary follow-up. We delete them without undue delay when they are no longer needed for that purpose. If another law requires retention, we keep the relevant records separately for the required period. You can erase the theme preference by clearing your browser's site data.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell inquiry information for advertising. Your and our email providers handle email delivery and receipt. Cloudflare provides hosting and content delivery and may process connection data. These providers apply their own policies; data may be processed through infrastructure outside South Korea. Product links lead to separate services.
5. Your rights and security
You may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. Contact us below; we will verify your identity and respond under applicable law. We use reasonable safeguards including restricted access, account protection, and encrypted connections.
