These terms apply to midnightorange.com, operated by Midnight Orange Studio. This site presents the studio, its work, and its products. Linked products are separate services with their own terms.
2. Use of the site
You may browse the site for ordinary purposes. Do not bypass security, disrupt operation through automated bulk requests, or redistribute content without permission. We may update or temporarily suspend the site for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
3. Content and rights
Site text, design, images, and other content belong to the studio or their lawful owners. Gallery images were planned and created using generative AI. Viewing them does not grant a license to reproduce, sell, or reuse them. Contact us to request permission.
4. Inquiries and external links
You may contact us directly from your own email account. An inquiry or response alone does not form a contract; scope and fees require a separate agreement. External sites and products are operated by their respective providers.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep site information accurate, but features and release plans for products in development may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for temporary site interruptions or use of external services. Updates to these terms will appear here with a new effective date.
